Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to begin your payment plan. This deposit secures current pricing and locks in your treatment package.
Monthly Payment Schedule
Payments are due on the 10th of each month, starting one month after your deposit is received. A 3.4% processing fee applies to card payments and is not applied toward your treatment balance.
Refunds and Credits
The initial deposit is non-refundable. If you decide not to proceed with treatment, any remaining funds may be eligible for future credit, subject to management approval.
Scheduling Your Treatment
Treatment can only be scheduled once your plan is paid in full. Before beginning care, you will receive a full consultation that includes a CT scan, X-rays, and a clinical evaluation. Your final treatment plan may differ from the initial estimate.
Rescheduling & Payments
You may reschedule once at no charge. Additional changes may affect your pricing. One missed payment is allowed; the balance will be due at your appointment. Missing more than one payment may result in cancellation and loss of your deposit.
